Sean joined Longboat Key Fitness in the summer of 2010. He has the equivalent of an advanced masters degree in Sports Science and the equivalent of a Masters Degree of Sport Medicine and Physical Therapy from his education in Serbia. He was also a personal trainer and coach of sport gymnasts and wrestlers. Additionally, he is very experienced in helping people over 50 to learn to exercise and to improve in their fitness abilities if they were already exercising.
Sean is committed to improving his clients health and life style through fitness. He likes to bring a variety of exercises and approaches in order to make things fun and challenging, safely. Since health, fitness and exercise have been Sean’s hobby and vocation he is a very highly motivating trainer.
